There was a discussion a while back about the topic but it was more on the expectation vs cost of service. In this discussion gents suggested that a punter simply books a lady he knows upfront what to expect from as then its easy to manage both the expectation and cost of service thereof. If you got cash to burn then no problem!
Example: If you looking for a massage only go to any spa and DON'T get there and try your luck to push for more as that wasn't your original intention! Why I do I say this? The ladies there say they always get guys pushing for MORE basing on the guys paying a side fee. How much? Becomes the question. Say you book a short session for R500 and you push to tip with another R500 to get her to HE then you push with another R1k for more... that's already R2k for that 30min slot for your shoulders. Wasn't it more sensible from a cost (and expectation view) just to get a massage girl who goes all the way and pay her her fee and both of you knew what to expect without anyone feeling pushed or ripped off!
That was the conclusion then....

How does this make massage ladies feel? I would imagine it grates them to no end!
Even if I were a professional masseuse, if I do full house, I'm a wg with additional skills, nothing more.

Correct!
Hence the guys tried to help particularly new punters NOT to confuse things. That is exactly your question because you do get normal beautician girls working off the walkway day shops who will just rub your shoulders and back! They aint to be confused with the other professionals who offer "other" services whether their core business was studied for or not.
I don't get why gents push for more at normal spas when they are straight willing professionals with no grey boundaries about whats on the table when one walks through the door. I think its a conscience thing like that the guys wants to tell his head that she is a MG (who has randomly decided to go all the way/not a WG)!
To me sounds a bit off. Make up your mind then book the right professional for exactly what you need - Just my 2 cents ....

I think it is a better change for the lady to get out of "Full House" if she don't want to have intercourse with the specific guy. She then gives him only a massage.
If she let a guy have FH she can also charge more than the FH girls rates as he "desperately" wants it from her
