Hi everyone. Gents please understand something about this industry we ladies work in.....its tough on many levels, it's expensive for us....Some have rent to pay where they live as well as where they work from, fuel/transport costs to and from work if not working from home, if one works from home the cost of electricity to heat water and run heaters if gas not available, detergent for washing towels, I can go on.....In short. We have MANY expenses you are not aware of. So to ask ladies in an unregulated industry, who work when YOU have cash to spend, for discounts/specials can come across as a bit insensitive and egotistical as you earn a set salary every month so you're able to budget but we don't have that luxury because we are dependent on your business....so when the shit hits the fan we are the ones suffering the most....yet you ask for specials. Just something to think about. That being said.....I won't have a roof over my family's head or food in our tummies if I don't run a "special".....so from now until the middle of July I'm taking R100 off my services. You can call or WhatsApp for further information. I guarantee you will leave me feeling relieved, relaxed and rejuvenated. Have a beautiful day :) ps my comment is NOT meant to offend or hurt anyone...I'm merely pointing things out that perhaps you never thought about as you wouldn't because you don't work in this industry so are not aware of the challenges we face.

Well said Jewel..puts things in perspective. u def one classy lady too as the rest who responded here besides aunty helens sister.

Irrespective of specials or not, based on the positive comments thru this thread the punters can tell how much the ladies value and enjoy the support and I believe all you great ladies are gona be crazy busy and be smiling in a few days time :)

its the same as starting your own business which is tough.. thats essentially what every lady here is doing. premises costs traveling costs etc thats the same as the ruthless world out there which isnt "regulated." and mighty expensive as well

i disagree with insensitive and egotistical, business is based upon negotiating and it one cant be met no business is done. the customer shouldn't care how many expenses you have. the fact that your business is quiet can be based upon many things. specials are mere alternate methods of advertising. business 101 why almost every business has adverts weekly with specials to attract business.

so telling some of us SELF EMPLOYED people we earn a set salary is funny. you have no clue about the punters side of expenses and yes punting is a luxury and an expense. one which will be reduced by majority in tough times. thus ive seen the words here on this forum many times... YOU as a lady offering a service is partly why clients keep coming back. the other is there their ability to pay for it or trick them into paying for it. back to luring techniques ie specials.

kindly dont take this as an attack but a difference of opinion, and perhaps some insight. amd for what its worth at whomever relies solely on income from punters especially today, an alternative income stream is essential to survive in tough times. punting income will never stop given its a great service but your lifestyle your needs your duties etc need to not be fluctuating based on one income.

PM if you like i can happily share my sources of knowledge.

We all understand the challenges and where necessary quite a few punters do their bit to help alleviate some of the stresses the ladies have. Does it warrant coming onto this site and insulting punters for a paycheck?

I will not grace your response with a reply. Please kindly re read what I wrote as clearly you misunderstood. I refuse to get involved with angry men who only want to argue and fight when we have far too much of it going on every day of our lives.

Again....choosing to read and understand only what you choose to instead of having empathy you choose to argue/disagree. I am no longer participating in this anger and woe...life is difficult enough as it is without this constant bickering. Thanks for your offer but I am not staying in this industry and am working hard on getting out as soon as I'm able. Too many angry/frustrated men here. I choose not to be their target.

@Jewel.....Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Making love is impossible on this site as there are always those out to make war by dissecting something according to their own perceptions of what they think you mean. It doesn't matter how you explain yourself until you are blue in the face, someone will always be offended......so resolve not to give a shit. Those that get it will love you and those that decide to twist everything you say will do so at their leisure babe.

You meant well, bottom line.
