I regret being a total bastard to Mrs Le Roux on multiple occasions through the years. But it's part of what made us what we are today so should it be a regret?
I regret blood spilled where there must have been alternatives that I was too preoccupied or angry to consider.
I regret not seeking help for addiction earlier than I did.
I regret letting allowing being the person that allowed and even encouraged good people to leave my life through the years.
But ya know what? Life is not too damned bad these days so just like with Mrs Le Roux. Would I be in the contented position I am today if I had not screwed up so spectacularly in the past? I don't know the answer so I regret but don't obsess on these things.
