On both fronts, as I said, I've given a man the marching orders before given that he tried something I didn't offer. If I'm unable to offer a service for whatever reason, I notify my client beforehand or if that particular service is something he particularly wants and I'm unable to deliver, I pass on the booking rather then promise what I can't deliver for the sake of money. I know things are tough, but I think I would rather pass one time, to perhaps gain a regular next time! I find even when I'm upfront about not being able to offer certain services, the client usually books anyway. Haven't had issues with guys forcing anything on me for quite a while, but it has happened where some pigs have forced what I said I couldn't offer.

I understand on both ends. But on Masterdicks original post, I must agree that her actions are ludicrous and she was hardly forced to do anything according to what he described!

If you had ever checked any of my reviews in the past. Especially the once with upfront payments and a service scope of work change after, I often walked away without forcing my payment back as to some extent I had wasted her time by the visit. Hope this doesn't open me up to be scammed but my walking away usually comes with a shitty review if I'm that pissed. But I never force.

There's a thread about a girl on news24 that all have been making reference to with regards to scamming and robbing a client. Promising what you don't deliver in legal industries is akin to fraud. Just as a client shouldn't force anything on a girl, so too should a girl not rely on anyone's good nature to get away with bad service delivery or none at all. Take a cancellation fee and let the client go without a scene. Expecting full pay when you've lured a client under false pretences is scamming and fraud.

If accusing a client of forcing anything on you as a service provider, I would refund the guy in full and tell him to leave! I will not accept pay for being forced to do anything because it tells the guy it's okay as long as they pay!
