I always paid upfront. Always made sure they saw the full amount was there. Like Vanilla says it was just better to get it out of the way and enjoy the booking. Most of my experiences were that the ladies put the money aside and only really counted it after the booking was done. The discreet ones did it while I was getting dressed or in the bathroom.

Never had any issues where ladies felt shortchanged or tried to scam me with what was due. Did have shitty bookings only one was money hungry and the others was due to issues I might have had with the lady. In that case I paid in full and walked out the money was lost anyway.

That upfront payment is a weird novelty. As much as it seems that it's common practice, 90% of the wgs I've seen didn't ask upfront. Hell, most never asked, even on the odd occasion where I forgot amd walked out the door (don't worry, I went back and paid)

On the other side of the 10% that did ask upfront, 90% of those where really bad punts.

I prefer to pay up front for the time.
That way, whatever happens after that seems less commercial. I would hate to feel like a restaurant where they total the bill when done.
Paying upfront also builds trust. If the session is amazing - the last thing I am thinking about is money. I have had to drive back to regulars to pay when both of us missed it. The big head does not always have enough blood yet to function properly after a great session.
So I would rather take care of it up front.

Exactly. I always confirm once client walks in whether they staying for half an hour or an hour. Normally once confirmed the client then hands over the money and confirms the rate, if not then politely I ask them to pls put the money on the table. I won't ever count it in front of the client, only once he's in the shower I count it.

Its called punting for a reason, no bet can be placed after the horse has run, the wheel has spun or the cards have been dealt.

Study the form, do your research and place your bet upfront. Go and have a shower while she counts it, enjoy your time, or not, then decide to tip and or return.
