I'm with Gary on this one

We read the forum and support the site.
Not really fair if we ask a reasonable question ( and Gary g has been very reasonable in his request ) to be fobbed off by Antoinette like that.

She really needs to get some training on how to deal with customers complaints better.

We all in agreement that Eddie is fair.
However Gary g is a customer and does deserve a proper explanation for what I feel is a legitimate request.
The "Eddie knows best " argument is really not the way forward in my humble opinion - this is an example .

If an illiterate person sees a well educated world class surgeon and asks a really dumb question surely the surgeon cannot have a "I know better attitude" .
By explaining the situation the patient can then really understand why it's necessary to do whatever is required.

Also the ludicrous argument that it's his site he can do as he pleases.
Eddie is intelligent enough to know that's not how to treat your customers.
After all we are the customers.
The customer is NOT always right but alas he/she is the king or queen.
Antoinette pls reflect on this.
Use it lose it :) .

I'd say give this chick a break she's not bad at all.

Gary mate, we all know that Shaks is a top notch girl that takes shit from nobody, hence my suspicion that the trial by e-mail was the only way of showing her who's boss. Hopefully she returns soon, this place would be dull without her !!

Is Veronica Franco also banned?

According to her post on her profile Veronica is under a temporary forum ban, When she is back if she does come back I am sure she will provide her side of the story. It is clear from previous posts that Veronica and Shakira have nonlove for each other but we really don't know what happened at that restaurant. Till then there are three (four/five?) sides to the story. From what I see everyone involved is experiencing some sort of ban..
