I find the timeline on the comic relief thread interesting and bizarre. To move from the opening revelation, to an out of the blue banning seems somewhat ominous. We will never find out, but it doesn't leave a very good taste in ones mouth.
I have noticed that Shakira's profile on her new site of choice are absolutely divine.
Who are ESAs clients anyway? The advertiser's or the punters.
I will say I have considered the legal implications if the video exists, and given that I accept Shakira's version of events, it would exonerate Shakira. As to ESA, either way they have no legal implications out of this in terms of a "hit squad".
As to protecting business interests, I believe you are perhaps attempting to protect your own in this matter. I understand. I, however, still believe Shakira's version of events, rather than the word of someone who is described by Veronica as being both untruthful and vengeful, and whose ravings were described by Eddie as "comic relief". I think any neutral reader of the relevant threads might well come to the same conclusion.

I feel the same way. Only two punters had issues with Veronica and true to form they complained, which makes me wonder why or how these two punters have so much power to get ESA admin to bow down to them.
