Honestly speaking I feel that the system of banning contributors is being abuse by some users and SPs. Any comment about bad service received or challenge to their claimed positions and punter is banned. This not only restricts engagements on the forum but also adds an unnecessary burden on ESA to moderate comments. At times a new user's comments are approved days later when they are no longer relevant.

Thank you for your comment. We try our best to be fair to all on ESA. Moderation takes place for new members as a way of assessing if the user is a trouble maker. Once the user has posted over a certain number of posts without any problems, they no longer have to go through moderation.
