I am finding it impossible to make an appointment, even trying to make an appointment well in advance.
I called several times yesterday, the phone just rings.
I can understand they are busy,so eventually I leave an SMS at about 5pm stating they should let me know when I can call back.
I wanted to make a booking for first thing in the morning the next day. Till now response to my SMS.
This morning I also sent a whatsapp message asking availability for a particular lady for the morning so that I can try manage my day and accommodate.
My message was read, but again no response.
Business may be good, but that's not how customers should be treated who are reaching out to make booking.
Quite disappointed.
