As those who visit and call me know, I take an evening fitness class. I decided to test my mettle in a match last weekend.

I used to do Thai boxing in my teens and I've always hated wearing panties. I was the only girl in the class. I didn't tie my gym slacks properly and while doing warm up laps, my slacks fell down and I tripped over them.....I started wearing Lycra boy shorts under my slacks after that!

I'm clumsy as hell at the best of times....I have had many of these moments. I once swam out of my swimming costume at a swimming gala in front of the whole school...
