OOOOhhhhh! Soup or a robust, fiery, melt in your mouth soft tender fillet Trinchado, with a delicate warm bread roll smothered in rich butter to dunk in a saucy gravy...
Nothing like a hot, bubbling pot of Caldo Verde on the stove and then some of my home made Chourizo bread to dunk in it and savour slowly.... mmmhmmmm.....
and a little of my home made hot peri peri sauce to add to it!

Of all the delicacies in the whole soup tribe I will maintain it to be the most delicious, dunked with very fresh white toasted bread.
