Cookies messing my esa connection

I am getting blocked so often about the esa site having too many redirects and I need to clear my cookies. Now I don't understand IT but I want to lick cookies not clear them.
I have gone and cleared them but the fix is not instant and I have to wait a while before I can go on.
Am I the only one with this issue and what can i do to fix it permanently

Clearing cookies should be instant.
Also when you say blocked what do you mean?
Try incognito mode. This should have no history or cookies.
Also if you aren't try chrome or firefox.
I would also run a virus scan just in case.

Nope, it happens. But in a sense it may also be a blessing in disguise... The fastest way is just to clear cookies. But, if you are in a big rush and don't want to go into setting, privacy, clear privacy data, cookies.... Just select the options button, select request desktop site, and as soon as you are in the menu, just unselect request desktop site. Then voila, you are in... Well, almost.... lol
