How many of you notice airtime and data disappearing from you phones this past 2 months????
I'm fed up with them!
Due to the lack of service I'm really considering changing my service provider!
Klomp skelms if you ask me!
Ps: they only give your credit back for this past weeks mistakes the system made!
Not even the others they have deducted on my phone!

I'm trying to switch over to Telkom.
Last year I bought data and after I entered the voucher Nr no data reflected on my phone.
It kept saying voucher used and the shop wouldn't refund my money nor did I get my data.
This year I'm spending fortunes on data as 1gig doesn't seem to last a week.
I bought a 300 sms package last month...guess what I had to buy 100 more yesterday..
I've been suspecting that I pay for things I don't get for a while now.

Babes it's been happening on MTN too a friend called them and they told her to go into settings and tick something seems to be better now but yes I agree it's ridiculous !!!!

Havent noticed Vodacom sucking ass at all. Did catch Vodacom sucking a pair of hairy balls a few times! They are a rip off!

I only noticed it once they have re embersed me all my airtime and data.

I have also had a lot of my smses and what's apps are delayed.

Get hold of them and tell them they have been fucking up.

I'm also contemplating porting to Telekom mobile.

I only load and switch on Mobile data if I really have to. I operate on wifi almost all the time.

Sjoe I just load and leave wifi is for home and data is for when I'm out and about.

I just moved from Vodacom to Telkom, was not down for long. Best thing I did. With the "boost me" if you load R100 airtime, you get an extra R100 free therefore R200 airtime this is for 30days then it's lost if you don't use it. Whatsapp calls, Viber & all calls to a Telkom landline or mobile are free.
