Secondly It is actually to confirm that the service level have stayed the same.
Thirdly multiple ratings by the same guy is an indication that the services is of such a high standard that the Punter is willing to return for more visits and does not find it nessecary to look for it elsewhere.

This is true as i have one such regular that always reviews me however there's a flip side to this coin. As in the past it could be ladies reviewing themselves for ratings ;)

Could also be exchange for freebies. I've been offered before. I ignore those reviews as biased from my selection process.
