If the English on the forum is really so bad that you can't take it rather go find yourself some good literature in a library and give esa a miss. That should remove the frustration from your day ;) This remedy works ;)

it's strange how all the professor's are moaning about grammar guess they missed the punctuation issue lol just as well.

bullshit... you busy giving us crap about english when thats probably the only language you know,no apparent reason? take your kids to a government school where they arent as previledged to get the same kind of education you may have been entitled to. try learning 4 more languages and be fluent in them all.

move to britain then and take your ignorance with you if this is how you feel. this country has 11 official languages and some of us speak half of those so excuse us for not having enough capacity for your one very important language.

i dont see you posting in Zulu or Xhosa and the ussumption that in order to get anywhere in this world you need to speak or write proper english is jus as flawed as your veiw of what the world is or should be.

The use of English should merely be to expedite communication between various ethnicities. Proficiency and fluency in the language should just be a non value adding luxury for those of us who consider English a second, third, fourth etc. language.

English's prominence came into being as a result of the oppressors' global empire domination ages ago. Even the global domination in science, technology, war, humanitarian aid etc. by America also augmented the language's foot print. Many years ago Latin was considered the language of civilization and all things nice, hence its age old prominence in legal scripts. I guess we all know what happened to the language when the Roman Empire cumbled. Just out of curiosity, with Japan and China being the new development champions and economic power houses, it may be a matter of time before we are naturally forced to shun English for Mandarin and Japanese or Nihon-go.

Okusalayo for mina English will remain a means of communicating with strangers, nothing more. If its not your first language proficiency is a luxury. As Mandela said, "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to the head. If you talk to him in his language, that goes to the heart."
