I'm not suggesting that he get nasty and be rude to her and return fire, I'm simply agreeing with Vegas that she should be named and that withholding her name is not such a noble thing to do as it leaves other punters vulnerable to the same abuse while she continues as normal. She doesn't have to be burned at the stake but she should know that her behavior is unacceptable

Agreed Blaza. It is not only unprofessional but utterly disrespectful. SuburbBoy has his reasoning for not naming and shaming her - in that regard he has my utmost respect, as I said in an earlier post, I personally would still have been going off on a tangent, and it's because he has shown such strength in character that I support his decision - Not because I condone her behavior to any degree or think she deserves to "get away " with it.
SuburbBoy merely had me reevaluating my responses to incidents, and I realized once again, battles should be picked, as not every one of our daily challenges deserves the energy we put into them.

Nothing good comes out of retaliation first of all. Regardless of what she said to me I won't go destroy her business n her job is her bread and butter and I won't take that away. Not condoning her rude, abnoxious behaviour and 'vuil manners' towards you at all... but i once heard a saying that goes something like this: "maturity is when you understand the next person's anger better than your own"
