Thanks Boobs. I am definitely part of that society... You have to love urself before you can love others and I practice self loving a lot....

I'm super thankful to the SSS Director and management! I bought a bigger bike that weighs 3 time more than the previous one. It nearly fell over! But with all the techniques and excercises (from our manual) I could actually hold this bike up with my right arm.......So it's not just about 'self loving ' , there are other perks to this awesome group!
