A kiss is a hard one. It either works or it does not. I have had horrible kisses and the most amazing ones. The correlating factor was if I got along with the other party what followed was passion, if not than it was the same as making out with a dead fish.

Yes fresh breath. That's why I always have either a small bottle of Listerine or a couple of breath mints on hand.

A good kiss is very subjective though. It isn't something you can put in words.... And yes for it to be magical, there needs to be chemistry.
