Tbag can't be a "doos". He is only "half a doos" as a doos is usefull and his not.
I have no problem with him declaring his dissatisfaction with the quality of services. It is his perception and has to be respected as such.
My problem is with the way in which he is doing it.
All about opinions, and everyone has one.
Is reviews only limited to good ones?
Should the issue perhaps be respect, and how you deal with a situation? Then perhaps the name calling is also just as wrong.
Syren, the way you handle the matter professionally and respectful, makes you the true lady you are, and your venue the place to be (it is only natural to suck-up to a lady of your stature - as so many in this post before me)
My 2c worth, while we still allowed to do so.......

That's an interesting take on it. Although nominally run (as in owned) by ESA, it is indeed a place for the SPs to market themselves. Can't blame them for that. It makes sense for any girl or venue to keep their names on the first page of threads purely to remain visible. It is about you and your needs after all and you have the right to say your not happy with your choice... but to go through it and then spit it out and humiliate the girl on the forum because you weren't man enough to tell it to her face is kinda immature...
No one purchases something they're not 100% satisfied with and then bitches on hello peter about it. Generally if you're not happy, then you move along.
I fully understand that tbag77 wasn't happy, but as you say, don't go through with the booking and then be mean.
Our venue also doesn't charge a cancellation fee, and no offense would have been taken had he respectfully declined to continue the session.
Anyway - to each his own.
As stated so many times recently, just a little respect - both ways! - goes a long way...
