How about Golden Harvest park? It's huuuge so I'm sure you could find a secluded yet public place to do the deed.
CoJEMS Hunters Hill fire-station is right there if you need rescue from up a tree, or a medic.

Golden Harvest Park is okay and as said, it's very large.
You can walk around and pick a nice spot for the deed but also make it a quickie as you do find cops also patrolling on occasions.
Here's a link below to locate it. You can get to Maple Dr through 2nd St on Malibongwe Dr or thru Olievenhout Ave. Use Northgate Mall as your landmark.

Ernest Ullmann Park.
Not as big as GH and perhaps not quite so easy to find a secluded spot. It's between Rivonia Road and Bowling Ave, south of Kelvin Drive.
