I almost never call a lady unless she answers my WA or sms. I ususally require a 'yes' or a 'no'to the message. Rarely, I apologise for messaging and ask to be indulged in communicating by text, usually on the basis of privacy. In my book, a lady that responds to text communication has integrity, manners and the genuine will to engage.

We seem to have covered the SMS and Whatsapp quite well but what about the venue where you walk in select a lady or get the receptionist who answers all the questions

If it says on a ladies profile NO SMS/watsapp etc - and you disrespect that boundary - where is YOUR Integrity and how dare you assume that you are entitled to a response via that medium or question anyones integrity or willingness to really engage because of your lack of respect of her boundaries???

Seriously, the punter who sms when it clearly states on a profile NO this that or the other is being an ass hole, trying to engage in a power game and being all about controlling the situation; especially if he actually expects a positive response AND then has the cheek to question a ladies business practises.

Here is my humble opinion:

1. You rate the telephone manner exactly as you've experienced it. Even if you spoke to a receptionist. Other punters will also speak to the receptionist when they call so rate what you feel the manners were in your review.

2. Even on WA or PM. Still rate it under Telephone Manner as this was the communication method used. Again rate it the way you experienced it.

3. This one is a bit more complicated but if you feel the communication at the venue was good, then rate this under Telephone Manner still.

Agree with your suggestion of an option for Yes and No with a drop down box.

Now if you'll excuse me I am on my way to look for a fancy new sportscar to buy Meg for the 15cm compliment she gave me... LOL!
