I agree ladies. I have had the same incidents.

If you have an appointment with a SP or a business client, it falls under the same "bracket".

Mutual respect comes a long way. A telephone call or a message does not cost much. We respect your time and try to accomadate you in any way we can.

Please do the same for us!

As a punter I agree 100% with @Galaxy. Its just common courtesy, plain and simple.

Plus, I have an irrational fear of ending up on a W&TW list. :P

I think people that agree to appointments and don't honour them or cancel them in time out of courtesy, had a kakkerige upbringing...

Scariest thing about that is that they themselves are probably also raising their kids that way :-o
