I am new here on ESA I would to know if gold membership is necessary? Do I really have to activate or its a choice?

Its a choice, but from my experience its worth every cent. Any serious punter should be a gold member. I wish i knew earlier I would have avoided some punts amd gone for some based on the clearer pics on gold membership, anyway compare the cost of 1 punt and say the monthly rate for gold membership..... Its peanuts if you ask me with more benefits

the basic thing is then you can rate a wg / mg when you have a gold membership.
If you do not have it then you can't rate her you can only review her.
