After the first good winter rains in the main catchment areas, the drought in CT seems to have been broken.
The drought of decent service providers to the punting community in our lovely city is, however, the worst ever. Some facts:
Greater Cape Town has a population of over 4 million people
Greater Pretoria has a population of something over 2 million
Currently CT has 1 ad for a MG and 86 ads for WG's on ESA
Currently, PTA has 108 ads for Mg's and 296 ads for WG's!
You do not need Economics 101 to figure out that there is an oversupply in PTA as is evidenced by all the complaints about business being quiet, whilst ther is a HUGE demand for quality ladies in Cape Town! The handful of white ladies also demand ridiculously high prices, ( even for mediocre service with 2 or 3 exceptions) just because they can and we have so little choice.
I have offered it before, but I repeat that I will make my upmarket fully furnished and serviced airbnb apartment in Cartwrights Corner, Adderley street CT CBD available to selected Gauteng ladies at substantially discounted rates ( no drugs and no wild parties please --- I wiil read your reviews beforehand!)
