The way I have used it in my experience:
"Available Now" can also mean - I'm avail now to take your call to make your appointment some time that day!
It would take most guys 15 to 30 min to get to me anyhow so "available now" does not actually mean right this minute.
That's the way I used it.

But who is "I"...can I get to know which lady from your establishment is posting...just checking, so that I know who to book...
