I am sort of a newbie to this whole escort thing, and was curious to find out how long before the actual session do you book in advance? Hours? Days?

It depends. If the girls know you well from previous visits they will let you book them weeks in advance, if you are the kind of guy that keep to his bookings. I book new girls that I visit days in advance, but I allways confirm on the previous day or day of the visit. Some girls that are really busy, will only take bookings on the day of the visit.

Hmm interesting - I would have thought it would be the other way round - like any other kind of therapist - the busier the longer in advance you need to book.
