Well...I think just ask the question. The lady can just say "yes" or "no". If its a yes....well done!If its a no.....leave it at that and thank her for her time.....look for somebody else.

Thank you. My tip was to use calls. I get around having to ask about each extra by asking what extras she offers and what extras are off the table (the latter usually adds proper clarity when a standard answer is given to the former).

I've also had the phone dropped on me but then I'm grateful for not wasting my money on someone who can't even answer some queries on her service offering.
