Doctor, just to mention, the WG in question lists "NO SMOKING" on her profile - thats where the problem lies. As a non smoker, I am put off by the smell of cigarettes on a WG and hence would prefer to utilise the services of a non-smoker. Bottom line - she lied and slipnslide has every right to complain.
