Made a booking for last week after confirming services etc. Drive all the way there and arrive 5 minutes early as I normally do.

No answer via the intercom or numerous phone calls once at the gate. Left after a couple of minutes once I saw and heard children playing in the garden/pool to avoid any awkwardness.

Sent her a message afterwards to understand what went wrong (as life happens) and got completely ignored, no explanation, no apology.
