Very disappointing. Wanted to make an appointment for 12:30, she asked if I could make it 13:30 because she was having a shoot for ST at 12:30. So I thought to give a call at 13:10 to confirm booking. No answer. Tried again at 13:20, still no answer. So I thought, "she has another booking, so she's busy". Tried again at 13:35. She answered rather rudely: "Please don't bother me while I'm in the bank, ok, thank you!" So I'm thinking, "you must be doing OK to be standing in a bank, you don't need the business, or else you are just another one that needs to added to the list of unreliables!" This sucks! ESA how about a 0 rating for this type of service?

Totally unacceptable, you should start a new thread appealing to ESA for a zero rating for instances like these and im sure you will have support from other punters
