So this doesn't have to be expensive or difficult. We leave the 'theme of the month' up to ESA admin. Have a few in a hat and draw one. Examples: Superheroes, Jungle, A Day at the Office, Egyptian, Swimsuits... the options are truly endless. Once you have a chosen them for let's say 'June' then you advertise it on the forum a few weeks in advance. This gives the ladies who WANT TO participate (not compulsory) time to get their goodies together and update their profiles accordingly. As V said, it doesn't have to be expensive and participation is voluntary. Perhaps there can be a voting option, or alternatively ESA admin chooses the winner each month. Prize - as V suggested, a free month advertising or a free photo shoot, as an example. Also up to Admin.

Benefits: Increased exposure for the ladies (as the punters will be browsing the different profiles to check out the 'themes'. And let's not forget the added spice on the forum. ;)
