It could be a problem in the line, who is your fibre provider? SADV?

Connection can be full but no internet, It happens to me a lot of time. Then I just swapped the connection to my neigbour's one. He He I know the password.

Thank you my beautiful people,it's now working.
The problem was on the main power,he just fixed it.so i am back online with no stress hehehehe
