Dear ESA,
Any business that doesn't listen to the feedback of its clients, is at risk of being unseated by a competitor.
Many companies pay a lot of money for market research.
You have an amazing, loyal and intelligent client base who give insightful feedback via this forum. I appreciate that tor job (like many of ours) isn't easy, but I would urge you to stay humble, to listen and to consider the views that are shared honestly in this place.
By doing this, I'm confident that ESA will remain the most reliable place for finding adult entertainment.

Big companies believe if they treat their employees right...the outcome will reflect on how they do business. Teach them the knowledge and with the respect they deserve and they don't want to work for any other companies. (This should apply as rule/ priority in life)
There's a saying the client is always right....Not true..
But treat all and everyone fair and you build a firm foundation in a product they would like to sell or buy.
At the end...we all want one thing here from this place..to be happy.(client, advertisers; employees)
I have been on a few sites.
And yes ESA has build more then just a advertising space. ..the created a place where people can learn and Interact (mostly) without judgment.
