Regarding the ladies that work from your venue.
Can you arrange for their profiles to be linked to your main profile?
This will make it much easier to know who works from there.Most venue's do that already.
Or,at least, list their names on the comment section of your main profile.
Make sure they have active profiles...just in case ESA nabs you for free-loading...

Coming from a WG this is my favorite venue of all time to work from. The venue is always clean and up to standards, the rooms with its darker colors gives that sensual atmosphere and my clients always enjoy their time spent there.
Every girl has her own specialty and I believe the clients will follow for that. If clients aren't interested in going to AA because of a previous girl that did not make his stay worth while it is his loss to not give it a second go with a different girl.
