i have been trying to get hold of someone but the phone goes to voicemail directly each time. i doubt if the phone is always off as others claim they do reach her. so im just wondering, what does it sound like on the receiving end if your number has been blocked?
she does not know me so should have no reason to have blocked me. just curious...
(my punt phone shows a "roar" name - dont know if that could be a factor)

Usually when you're blocked, the line will ring and then get cut (sounds like the line is busy). You wouldn't be diverted to voicemail.

Some of the cell phone networks have been acting up lately.

Well on my side I just get a pop up that shows "1 blocked content" it does not ring or make a sound. However, you my dear are not blocked on my side, so I know it ain't me :-) xxx
