I am throwing out a wild card!
I have never tried to work in the Strand, but have an opportunity to work from a beautiful beach road upmarket flat.
Would this be worth a try, seeing that Stellenbosch and Somerset West are close by?
Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi Janine, I guess it's worth a try. You've been in Sea Point a couple of times now and if that side is quiet, it'll cost you nothing to spread your talents on the other side. Yes, you have Stellenbosch, Somerset West and Gordon's Bay close by, so I think it's worth a shot. See you soon
