I'm just puzzled here I just wanted to find out if a SP/WG can say what she feels or talk about a bad punt she expirianced or reply to a comment without feeling intimidated of being broken down, critisised or losing client by saying what bothers her, after all we all human cos I see many girls are being torn into pieces cos they dare to talk back or defend themselves. We as punters are there for a service just a transaction nothing personal , so why get personal?? Hoop ek is op die regte pad met my opinie.

Very true.
I communicate with several ladies on this site via email or BBM. And if there's one thing I advise over and over its that no matter how right the SP is, a SP never wins an argument on the forum. Its unfair, I know. But the fact of the matter is that the guys can say what they want, how they want. The SP needs this site to make money, so she has to be tactful when responding. And we have to say things like 'I'm sorry I wasn't to your liking', when you really want to say 'You weren't to my liking either, you got foul breath and your feet stink and you're a poephol!' Anyway its a work hazard and we deal with it. Comes with the territory.

Saint, My point exactly. And 3 days later its still going on.
Often when it comes to a SPs response, it boils down to 1)You can be right and cause irreparable damage to your rep in the process by engaging in mud slinging or 2) You can choose to give a simple answer tactfully and continue making money - dignity in tact.
Choosing to rant and rave, no matter, how right you are, has never resulted in an increase in income.
