Questions re Selecto

Hi all. I've been out of the country for a while, but just got back and have noticed a few mentions of a new venue right in my area.
I do have a few questions though:
1. Where is it? I'm looking for something a bit more specific than "easy to find from the highway" or "waterkloof ridge" here. An address, directions or GPS coords would work.
2. Is it a venue where you can pitch and decide or do you need to book?
3. What type of venue is it? I.e. is there a bar, menu, strip shows, etc.
