Maybe she has contracted something and wants revenge by spreading it .... scary thought indeed.

Yip, I would think the same.
Also if a punter asks for ktnthere and then, I think a wg should assume he has the worst as well, hence he isn't worrying about getting anything.

This is terrible, You should never be accountable to pay for her services if that is what is offered. You didn't do anything, therefore no services were rendered.
Just as the same if you booked a lady and she did not look like her profile pic, you have the right to walk away and not go through with the service.
