Is Arcadia a safe place to punt ? Wana try out real BBW I saw in that

I have not been punting that long, but from what I read on the forum Arcadia and Sunnyside is a no go area.
I will rather take the advice of the more seasoned guys and stay away from that area. Rather safe than sorry.

There is a place near the Union Buildings/Government Avenue that is not too shabby. Went there after I noticed some of the ladies that usually work from houses in PTA East advertising from that venue. Parking is off the street in a lock-up garage. The rooms have laminate flooring but are sparingly furnished which can be a little cold...plus the shower is not en suite! But not shabby at all.

Paige, as the only exception, won't disappoint, but she's no BBW. Mind, I've got no doubt her rating would skyrocket if she'd move out of there though..
