Hello ESA Admin, please check some information. The Belinda from Rosebank, who is still on your banned list, has reappeared after a while as Julie in Linden?
I could be wrong but worthwhile checking before she starts repeating old errors.

There is also Gia in Boksburg who was Emma in Kempton Park.

I think they can come back after some time under some circumstances.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Banned advertisers generally come back using other photographers so the new photographer does not know them and that they have been banned.
All banned advertisers need to consult with ESA first in order to advertiser on ESA again.
Neither Belinda AKA Julie nor Gia AKA Emma has made contact with ESA to be advertising with us again.
Belinda AKA Julie and Gia AKA Emma's adverts have been suspended until we can consult with them regarding their return to ESA.
