HOE -- We are dealing with Individuals that are No Different from Us & have Good Days & Bad Days --we try to avoid the Bad ones as best we can - However in the instance that we have a minor Train smash -- we try to resolve it ASAP to avoid further complications . I am Happy to step in as required when My Team commits a Yellow Card Offense -- won't be the first or last time unfortunately -- Have a Great Weekend !!!

right... this post of long over due....
so, i went back to HoE last week to get over 1 bad experience.
I must say... WoW! I had a booking with Crystal and boy does she know how to look after a client!
All in all, i had 1 bad experience that was addressed immediately and ensured the client was looked after.
In an industry where alot of advertising is word of mouth, i am very happy to recommend HoE. Steve really has a top class venue and clearly knows how to run it!
