I have loads of respect for you Mel. Coming in, listening to the punters and making improvements.
After all we are human and we don't know if we are doing something wrong unless someone gives feedback. It's how the feedback is taken and used to improve that makes all the difference

Hats off to you Mel! I appreciate the pm and the fact that you responded so positively.
I always tell my staff that if a customer has a problem and you fix it promptly and professionally they will be a customer for life.
Let us know when you have done the training and are good to go and I will return.
