That, to me, means it pays peanuts. Does the photographer also do the touch-ups on the photos or does ESA handle that?

The only touch-ups that are allowed to be done on photos are the removal of identifiable birth marks or tattoos to protect the advertisers privacy.
The photographers are also not freelancers, they are employed by ESA.

Well, from my personal experience I've come across plenty of women who are darker than their photos and have cellulite that has been removed from the photos we see here, so that's a completely different conversation.
But thank you, I now know that they are hired by ESA.

They say that it is very good for the skin and cellulite. I have come across many ladies too. I think you have to rub it in properly though
The same as candlelight is very flattering so is the correct lighting with photography
