I spent a whole evening there once before Covid, from about 6pm to after 12 (closing time).

Saw a lot of hotties advertising here on ESA back then so went with a group of guys. Didn't end up booking anyone. Most of the chicks advertising here weren't even at the venue that night.

Overall, spent most of the night trying to get rates from the few possibilities I would consider. Was like pulling teeth. Was told discuss in the room but from the little info I did get, seems like you more than double up the hour rate for a BJ alone.

Also, as mentioned no to for those that need privacy, very much a social venue where you will see other punters in the lounge or at the bar or outside etc and some chicks do tend to latch on to some drinkers at the bar too so they basically become off-limits although it might also be strategic if they don't your "type" or something.
