CPT rates and PTA rates are quiet similar for the lower and higher brackets . There is one or two in both CPT and PTA that charge way higher than the average rates and that is their business model that works for them, and if it does not fit the budget for a punter there is plenty more to visit.

BTW, I exclusively use ESA so these are rates that I find on here. I've had some exceptional punts for as low as R300 from top shelf women in Midrand, Kempton Park, Sandton and Randburg areas.
I started punting in 2014 and the prices haven't changed much. The most I've paid so far is R600.
