Good afternoon everyone, why doesn't my recorded chats work. It says something about plug and play.

Dear Sureshm21.
Only gold members can view the recorded chats, it can also not be viewed from your cell phone it has to be a desktop or laptop.
Your browser must support flash to be able to view the chats.

I don't think anyone still has a browser that supports flash - it is the technological equivalent of punting raw...
