Yeah that is the best. There's a few Filipino supermarkets. Visit the malls in those areas

Hotel Al-kharama was a very popular spot for pinays to go to for drinks and live music. Not sure if it is still the case.
If you had your passport with you, you could even rent a room to take the lady to, if your hotel is not "guest friendly".
