Foot Fetish Fridays

The word kink means to curve or to bend. So when we take this word into a sexual context, it means to have a sexual taste or appetite that bends from the "ordinary."

As a foot lover myself and never being able to truly define "what does it" for me, I try to stay away from labels.

I believe that we are all fluid to a degree and if we make claim to not be so, that is the surest way to limit ourselves and the never ending plethora of pleasure or opportunity of happiness out there.

So if you haven't had someone devour your feet and tickle your toes with their tongue, truly you wouldn't know how scrumptious this is and how it sets the tone for arousal.

Remember, we are all different and what does it for one or some, may not do it for you.

What are the benefits of exploring kinks?

- You'll almost always have a good laugh, especially if it is your first time. Things may feel a little awkward when you try something new, but you have a couple of choices; you can allow it to consume you and riddle you with anxiety. Or you can think of it as a new experience, be willing to be teachable and make the most out of it. Even if it is not for you, have a good laugh, be present and enjoy the moment. Then move on.

- You get to better communicate what is and what isn't for you. You become more self assured in what you do enjoy and are able to be more vocal about it. Communication with your partner/s is healthy and healthy is always sexy.

- We often build walls and barriers based on preconceived notions and not on our own actual experience. Kink exploration may be something done in the bedroom, but it pushes us to break down these barriers in other areas of our lives and have more compassion and understanding. As well as aiding us in getting out there and actually experiencing things first hand.
