What are the risks? Are the economic benefits worth it ?
Do owners separate business from pleasure?
Why?, what do you want to do?

You planning on making money off women selling their bodies? Well none of my business anyway.
Body corporate can kick you out for breach of contract.
You can have drama with drama lamas.
Again, drama with drama lamas.
You might not make an income depending on who you have working there.
Property damages.
If you asking because you want to rent your flat to SP/WGs.
Here is my honest opinion.
... if you want to dip your dipstick into the ink pots of the girls coming to rent from you you will end up with drama... dont do it.
...girls that know a place belongs to a punter tend to not behave as well ....because they tend be of mind... "i dont care about neighbours, the owner knows what i do" they will cause trouble by being to obvious about their doings.
List your flat on airbnb or booking.com....let them find it on their own like normal people would they will behave better and be low key.
A free standing house is a better idea if you want to open a "venue"/"working house"
But dipping your dipstick still aint a good idea..you will have drama somewhere down the line. If You want to be able to dip every lady that works there.. . Get a women to run your place and be a normal punter and never tell any of them ladies working there and that you end up visiting that you actually the owner ;)
Ya it's the last question that does it for me. We don't do our bosses and those that do ... well.. good luck with that drama. But some people just want to take advantage of us needing places to work; seems like this is what this guy wants: be a boss and taste the goods- which is actually just low dude.
Businesses don't run themselves lovie. You need committed ladies who have sober habits.
This is not usually something people start on a whim. It's usually a client who knows a few reliable girls and allows them to work from the property at a fee per booking or rent split. The girls know each other and have worked together before.
I don't think it's a lucrative venture. Maybe just pays the rent .

Thank you for your responses. Some quote cynical, asking a question does not mean you have intentions of doing it
